The Wigwam Fisherman's first buck! Sorry for no kill shot, but I guess that's what you get when you do videos with your phone...haha. It was fun none the less and I didn't want to miss the deer while monkeying around with my phone. This is a day that I will remember for the rest of my life. It dressed out at 190 lbs...I was truly blessed this day in "Gods Country". I shot this on State land...LOW County has it all!

Kongchee's 2011 MN Hunting Season. 10 point buck. I shot this buck around 8 or 9ish with my 7mm. I shot it around 50 yards plus i had to shot the deer with a big oak tree in front of it. The buck stopped right in front of three oak trees. I had no other option to shoot it or lose it. I shot and it drop. I couldn't get the video of me shooting it because, like i stated up above i had to shoot it or lose it. Came out of no where. But yeah good luck to you guys out there and stay safe. This spike buck was taken in Floodwood MN with a Mosin Nagant sporty 7.62 x 54r round. He was chasing a doe and I heard him grunting but wouldn't come out where I could see him for at least 20 minutes. First day of deer hunting, first time hunting ever, and I got a buck my first day.

Pennsylvania Game Commission Releases 2011-12 Deer Harvest Estimates
HARRISBURG, Pa., March 14, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Game Commission today reported that, in the state's 2011-12 seasons, hunters harvested an estimated 336,200 deer, which is an increase of six percent from the previous season's harvest of 316,240.
Hunters took 127,540 antlered deer in the 2011-12 seasons, an increase of four percent from the previous license year's harvest of 122,930. Also, hunters harvested 208,660 antlerless deer in 2011-12, which is an increase of eight percent from the 193,310 antlerless deer taken in 2010-11.
